AME 2025 NetworKing Event

WEDNESDAY, August 7th, 2024

Conveniently located across the street from the venue (DeVos Place) is Mojo’s Dueling Piano Bar. We have rented out the facility and will have an open bar (domestics, wells, and house offerings). Here is what you can expect:

  • Keynote and other AME presenters will be in attendance

  • Industry influencers will be in attendance

  • FREE Food

  • Sponsored Drink Tickets (domestics, wells, and house offerings)

  • Walking distance from venue (literally across the street)

  • Pizza, Sliders, and other apps.

    (Limited to the first 300 guests)

We are hosting one LARGE networking event / party for both exhibitors and attendees alike! Join us at Mojo’s Dueling Piano Bar for LIVE entertainment, food, beverage, networking, and more! Mojo’s is also conveniently located across the street from the venue.

  • The AME 2024 Networking Event is a open to the pubic and tickets may be purchased during registration for only $50 per person (includes food, two drink tickets and entertainment).

  • Cut off for the $50 ticket price is Friday, June 30th, 2024 or up to Sell Out.

  • Your Show Badge received during registration will be required for entry.

Please note exhibitor party tickets are NOT automatically included. This allowed us to lower the booth prices and allow exhibitors more options.

Attendees:
Your Show Badge received during registration will be required for entry. Your Show Badge IS your Party Ticket. Upon arrival at Mojo’s your badge will be checked and you will be given your drink tickets. Please do not lose them, as they can not be replaced.

Exhibitors:
Your Show Badge received during registration will be required for entry. Your Show Badge IS your Party Ticket. Upon your companies check-in at the show on Tuesday August 5th, your team will be givens a packet of information and your drink tickets will be in there. Please do not forget or lose them, as they can not be replaced.

*** PLEASE NOTE *** All Exhibitors (and Attendees) need to register to attend the show. Show registration is where and how you can purchase tickets for the networking events/parties. Exhibitors can do this through their exhibitor profiles if they are the admin of the profile, other wise you can use the link above. If you have already registered for the show and would like to purchase an event tickets you do have to register again. The duplicate profiles will be merged.

Parking Downtown GR:

Downtown Grand Rapids has many options but will not be free. Here is a map highlighting a couple parking options including directly under the venue (DeVos Place).

The yellow circles indicate City Parking Ramps you may utilize. The dot on Michigan St. accesses the parking structure under the show venue (the Lyon St. entrance will be closed at the time of the show), the remaining dot is for a parking ramp directly across the street from the venue.
